The Joe Harris Elementary PTO is a volunteer organization comprised of general members, committee members, committee leads and a Board of Directors. The Board is a group of member volunteers who have been elected to serve by the PTO general membership. Elections take place each April for the following school year. The Board of Directors meets monthly and is responsible for planning, budgeting, reviewing/approving requests for financial support and working as a team with the JHE administration to ensure that all efforts are aligned.
