Join us to celebrate the start of the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta where hot air balloons launch from elementary schools in the Rio Rancho and Albuquerque areas. Students, families and staff are invited to come meet the pilots and crew and experience the excitement of seeing hot air balloons up close. Weather permitting, inflation is scheduled for approximately 7:00 am with the launch to follow. This is a free event for the JHE community with food and drinks available for purchase. Students, roll right out of bed and come in your pajamas!
Balloons Aloft is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, from 7:00 am – 9:05 am on the JHE Field.
