During One School, One Book, each JHE student and staff member receives a copy of the same book to read at home as a family on a set schedule. This annual event helps build a community of readers through creating an opportunity to discuss the plot and characters with their classmates, siblings and family, and earn prizes from daily trivia questions while building their reading skills in a fun and engaging way. The JHE PTO purchases more than 700 books to distribute to our families and staff.
