Welcome families, students and staff to another school year at Joe Harris Elementary School! There is a lot that happens at our school and we want to help guide you through everything we have to offer.
Get Involved with the PTO and:
- Become a member of the PTO to join our email list and receive important updates.
- Join or leading a committee.
- Sign up to volunteer at one (or more!) of our events.
- Read the latest news in our news section.
- Check out upcoming events on our calendar including General Meeting dates.

How Your Involvement Helps
We encourage you to become a PTO member and become part of a team that is dedicated to having a positive impact on our students’ educational experience and on JHE. Parents, guardians, grandparents and staff are all welcome to join and participate.
Your membership helps support purchasing needed equipment and classroom supplies, musical instruments, STEAM Lab materials, student appreciation events, staff appreciation events, field trip grants, Talent Show, Spelling Bee and so much more!
There are no requirements for participation or meeting attendance, though we welcome and rely on your involvement. Joining can simply be showing your support of what the PTO does for the school and our students. If you would like to volunteer on a committee or help out with events as your schedule allows, please sign up here.
